MCC Wiring & Rehabilitation

DOL / Soft-Start / VSD

Rewiring and refurbishment of motor control centres for pump stations, crushers and process plant. Motor circuit wiring is sized to the motor — not limited by kW rating — covering DOL, star-delta, soft-starter and VSD/VFD circuits, contactors, SWA cabling and terminations built to SANS 10142-1.

Automation, Telemetry & Drives

PLC / SCADA / VSD / VFD

Modern control on top of the MCC — PLC integration and remote telemetry/SCADA for visibility on pump and process performance, plus supply and installation of VSDs, VFDs and soft starters across Schneider Electric, Siemens and WEG ranges, specified to the motor rather than a fixed size band.

Vandalised MCC rehabilitation & control panel builds

A stripped and vandalised motor control centre taken from an empty shell back to a fully operational panel by GTEP Engineering — rewired section by section, fitted with new panel fronts and a Schneider Electric Masterpact main incomer, and handed back in service. Photographed from the vandalised starting point through rewiring to the commissioned MCC, alongside the pump and process control panels built on the same standard.
